The Codelicious team was on site at the TechPoint Mira Awards this year to celebrate an exciting year and all of our friends in the ever-growing Indy technology community. We were thrilled to be nominated for this year's 'Best Tech Service' award alongside companies like ClusterTruck, Innovatemap, and SnapShyft.
"It was an honor to be part of such a talented group of nominees. We are fortunate to belong to a strong, active startup community," our CEO and Co-Founder Christine McDonnell shared.
In the 15 months, we've focused on our School Solutions model: a curriculum-as-a- service product that provides comprehensive, teacher-led coding curriculum, designed for elementary and middle school students that engages students at their level of skill and interest.
It was a thrilling moment to win the Tech Service of the Year award!
McDonnell continued, "Codelicious was built from a passion to accelerate computer science and coding into the classroom, building confidence in educators and students. Winning the Mira Award for Tech Service of the Year is an outstanding recognition for both our product and our partnering schools."
In addition to partnering with new schools and districts around the country, we will continue to support computer science and coding learning opportunities through partnerships with the IWiT Championship, Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, Carmel Clay Parks and Recreation summer camps, and other tech and community organizations.
