Inbound Marketing Specialist

Part-time (leading to full-time)

In order to fulfill our goals, we need focused effort in sales and marketing. As our Inbound Marketing Specialist, you’ll identify new content opportunities and play a lead role in executing scalable inbound marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone dynamic, motivated, and unafraid of change to bring their ideas to the table. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with our CMO, you’ll directly influence our marketing strategy now and in the future.


  • Create inbound marketing campaigns and lead nurturing via Hubspot. You’ll be hands-on setting up everything from CTAs and forms to designing landing pages and writing marketing emails.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop new campaigns and strategies. You’ll don your thinking cap and bring new, creative ideas to the table.

  • Continually monitor data and use it to drive your decisions. You’ll gather data from all analytics sources available (Google Analytics, Hubspot, A/B tests, etc) and use it to make improvements and adjustments to maximize ROI.

  • Craft various types of marketing content, including (but not limited to): blog posts, webinars, marketing emails, FAQs, marketing/sales collateral.

  • Develop and maintain marketing reports that give visibility to the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.


  • 2+ years marketing automation experience, preferably with Hubspot

  • Firm understanding of workflows and systems within the marketing & sales cycle

  • Direct experience creating and managing lead generation, lead nurturing, and inbound marketing campaigns and conducting A/B testing

  • Knowledge of PPC campaigns like Google Ads

  • Experience writing marketing content of various styles

  • Understanding of SEO & content marketing best practices

  • Strong data evaluation skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Basic design knowledge
