WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Be a Codelicious expert -- you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of our curriculum, our customers, and our market.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create and test new sales cadences and strategies to achieve aggressive growth goals.
Be a leader of our full sales cycle from acquisition to discovery, demo, and close.
Document all activity in Hubspot CRM.
Jump-in head first, work hard, fail fast (we’re all learning here!), and have some fun doing it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of sales experience, including outbound sales.
A drive to succeed. You’ll get tons of support, but we’re relying on you to be laser-focused on meeting (and exceeding) our sales goals.
A willingness to push the envelope and find creative ways to help our customers achieve their goals.
Ownership of successes and failures as we fail fast and drive toward team success.
A highly collaborative team player. We’re a small but mighty team. We value people who are humble, care about their teammates, and understand the value of team success.
Possession of excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
An active interest in experiencing the high-growth, fast-paced environment of a technology startup
BONUS QUALITIES (NOT REQUIRED, BUT ARE NICE TO HAVE):
CRM experience (preferably Hubspot)
Experience in the education field (educator, administrator, sales)
Basic coding knowledge
