ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an upbeat and organized individual to manage administrative tasks and support the growing Codelicious team. To be successful in this role, you will be professional, attentive, and prepared.
The Administrative Coordinator plays an important role on the Codelicious team, ensuring our days run smoothly and our employees enjoy coming to work each day. You’ll have the opportunity to work with all departments, experiencing all facets of life at Codelicious.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage office tasks such as setting up for meetings, booking conference rooms, reordering supplies, and preparing for trade shows.
Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
Support CEO’s calendar management by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Maintain Codelicious team and vacation calendar
Serve as point of contact with The Hatch, relaying updates to the team and issues to Hatch staff.
Assist with onboarding of new employees by preparing schedules, providing office tours, and coordinating technology/supply needs.
Work with Director of Ops to organize culture/employee experience: coordinate team lunches and activities, assist with event planning, manage internal recognition and support (birthdays, anniversaries, etc).
WHO YOU HAVE:
1+ years professional experience, preferably in an administrative role
Upbeat and positive attitude
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Proficiency with commonly-used tools such as the Google Suite and Slack, and ability to quickly learn new tools and technology
Strong attention to detail, with a penchant for anticipating the needs of our team
